Pole one students will also work on intermediate climbs, intermediate spins, intermediate holds, and confidence-building performance skills to help you level up safely and comfortably.
Great for plus-size polers, adaptive movers, anxious or neurodivergent students, slower-paced learners, beginners, and anyone strengthening their fundamentals.
