Soar to new heights in our intermediate pole class!


Building on your knowledge of spins and combos, this level focuses on climbing techniques and inverted moves. Learn various climbing methods and explore new pole moves as you take your skills to the sky!


In this class we will cover a range of inverted poses and combos to elevate your pole journey and challenge your strength and flexibility.


Attire: Comfortable shorts or spandex so that the skin on your legs can be used to grip the pole, and a comfortable top.
