Attendance, Cancellation & Refund Policy
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a fair and consistent experience for all students.
1. Class Cancellations & Changes
Students may cancel or reschedule a class up to 2 hours before the scheduled class start time.
Cancellations or schedule changes made less than 2 hours before class are considered late cancellations and are not eligible for a refund, class credit, or class exchange.
2. Missed Classes (No-Shows)
If you do not attend your schedules class or contact us after the class has already begun, your booking will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for a refund, class credit, or exchange.
3. Class Pack & Membership Expiration
All class packs, memberships, and studio-issued credits are valid only through their listed expiration date. It is the responsibility of each student to use their classes before they expire.
Once a class pack, membership, or credit has expired, extensions, reinstatements, or date changes will not be granted.
We recognize that exceptional circumstances may occasionally arise. Requests for consideration due to special circumstances must be submitted directly to the studio owner or an authorized studio representative. Any exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are made solely at the studio's discretion.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that genuine emergencies can happen. In rare cases involving exceptional circumstances - such as a documented medical emergency - we may review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Any exceptions are made solely at the discretion of the studio.
5. Why We Have This Policy
Each class has limited space, and your reservation holds a spot that could otherwise be booked by another student. Last-minute cancellations and missed classes often cannot be filled on short notice, resulting in lost opportunities for both other students and the studio.
By maintaining consistent attendance, cancellation, and expiration policies, we can better manage class sizes, support our instructors, and continue providing high-quality dance instruction for our community.
Thank you for your understanding, cooperation, and continued support.
