Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your interest in renting our pole studio. To ensure a professional, safe, and respectful environment for all renters, please review the following booking policies before reserving the space. 1. Booking and Payment All studio rentals must be booked in advance through our designated booking platform. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Reservations are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual or group listed on the booking. 2. Permitted Use Studio rentals are intended solely for personal training, practice sessions, choreography development, instructional content creation, or approved small group training. Private events, parties, or social gatherings are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized events or misuse of the space will result in immediate termination of the rental session and forfeiture of all fees paid. Future booking privileges may also be revoked. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session may be rescheduled or credited toward a future rental. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental are non-refundable. Failure to appear for a reserved session (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of the full rental fee. 4. Studio Rules and Responsibilities Renters are expected to maintain a clean and professional environment at all times. Poles and surfaces must be wiped down after use. All equipment should be returned to its original location. Food and alcohol are not permitted inside the studio. Renters are financially responsible for any damage to studio property that occurs during their rental period. Music and sound levels must be kept at a reasonable volume out of respect for neighboring tenants. 5. Arrival and Departure Renters may enter the studio only 20 minutes before their reserved time and must vacate the space promptly at the end of the rental period. Additional time spent in the studio before or after the scheduled session may result in additional charges. By completing a rental booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms of this Booking Policy.
