Service Description
In this class you will build confidence, technique, and flow at a supportive pace. Learn sexy walks, smooth transitions, beginner spins, optional climbs, and musicality - all with modifications for every body. Pole one students will also work on intermediate climbs, intermediate spins, intermediate holds, and confidence-building performance skills to help you level up safely and comfortably. Great for plus-size polers, adaptive movers, anxious or neurodivergent students, slower-paced learners, beginners, and anyone strengthening their fundamentals. A safe, empowering space to grow, explore, and shine without limits. Move in heels or barefoot - your choice.

Cancellation Policy
1. Class Registration and Attendance A. All participants must register in advance via our online booking system or in person at the studio. B. Walk-ins are subject to availability and are not guaranteed a spot. C. Participants must arrive before class starts to ensure proper check-in and preparation. 2. Cancellation and Refund Policy A. Cancellations must be made at least 60 minutes before the scheduled class start time. B. Cancellations made less than 60 minutes prior to class will result in the forfeit of the class credit or payment. C. No-shows will be treated as late cancellations and are non-refundable and non-transferable. D. Class packages and memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire as stated at the time of purchase. 3. Studio Closures and Class Cancellations A. AJAX Studios reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to instructor availability, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a credit or reschedule option will be offered. B. In the event of inclement weather or emergencies, studio updates will be communicated via email or text.
