Cancellation Policy
We’re excited to host your upcoming celebration! Please review the following booking policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for you and your guests. 1. Booking & Payment All party reservations must be made in advance through our booking system or directly with studio management. A non-refundable deposit (or full payment, depending on your setup) is required at the time of booking to secure your date and instructor. Party bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received. Instructor selection is based on availability at the time of booking. 2. Pricing & Group Size Pole Party: $180 minimum (covers up to 6 participants) $25 per each additional person Duration: 90 minutes Dance Party: $150 minimum (covers up to 6 participants) $20 per each additional person Duration: 90 minutes Final guest count and balance (if applicable) are due no later than 48 hours before the scheduled party. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance may be rescheduled for a future date, subject to instructor availability. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. 4. Food, Beverages & Setup Guests are welcome to bring snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. A table setup for refreshments can be provided upon request at the time of booking. Alcohol is not permitted unless otherwise approved by studio management. 5. Studio Use & Conduct Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to participating. The instructor will lead a safe, beginner-friendly session designed for all experience levels. Participants are expected to follow the instructor’s guidance and treat the studio space with care and respect. 6. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Parties will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) will forfeit the full booking amount. By booking a party, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms. We look forward to celebrating with you and creating an unforgettable experience!
